After certain delays, problems with production and other ups and downs typical of this historical moment in which we are involved in the middle of 2022, we are pleased to announce that the first full-length of the trio Simón del Desierto is finally available in CD format

In cooperation with our friend labels Discos Herejes and Imbunche Records, the Jewelcase CD version of "Avoid" finally is available. Six songs of miserable, melancholic and intimate Doom Metal for fans of Revelation, Internal Void or Penance, as well as from the Maryland doom scene and that can be enjoyed by anyone who appreciates the feeling of loss and drama of Warning, Orodruin or Aniara. Six songs in which the band has continued to delve into the loser's path that they inaugurated with their magnificent EP "Purgatory”. Six songs of dense depth in which the band experiments with new instruments such as bouzouki or poetry to bare the soul of their music.

Masterfully recorded at Estudio Brazil in 2019the album is presented with a spectacular and disturbing cover, a piece by the illustrator Daniel LunaSol, and with a 8 pages booklet that reflects the idiosyncrasy of the band and its intimate and austere vision of its art. Limited to 500 copies, it has a starting price of 8€ plus shipping costs
